    To cancel an order that has not been processed and shipped, please initiate a return by clicking on the link provided in your order confirmation. If you were able to cancel the order through your order confirmation, please contact us at info@rugvista.com with your order number so that we can process the refund. Please note that the refund is not made automatically.

    It is important to note that our returns are free of charge. Therefore, if the order is already on its way to you, you will not have any additional costs.
