  • We will send you a delivery confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If your order has been damaged during transport, you must notify the driver immediately, so that he makes a note on the consignment note upon receipt. Then contact our customer service and report the issue and attach pictures that show the damages and the packaging. Remember to unpack the carpet and check it to discover both hidden and visible damage.
