This decision was made in order to uphold our commitment to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring timely delivery. While we understand that this news may be disappointing, we remain dedicated to providing the best possible service to our valued customers.

  • All our rugs are packed according to instructions and regulations from the carrier. The rugs are folded and placed in a thick protective plastic bag that is sealed together using heat.

  • Our warehouse staff will thoroughly pack your order with recyclable materials.

    Your rug will be delivered either folded or rolled up, depending on size regulations from the carrier.

  • Budbee delivers right to your doorstep. They deliver during evenings when most people are at home. Of course, you’ll be able to choose when and how your parcel should be delivered - if you want them to, they can knock, ring the doorbell, or leave the package on your doorstep.


    To track your delivery and state your preferences, download the Budbee app easily and free of charge. Budbee always keeps you updated through a link you received via text message or in the app. There you can also track your delivery in real-time.

  • Yes. We will provide you with a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website at any time. 

    The tracking information is also available in your customer account on our website. 

  • If your order has been damaged during transport, you must notify the driver immediately, so that he makes a note on the consignment note upon receipt. Then contact our customer service and report the issue and attach pictures that show the damages and the packaging. Remember to unpack the carpet and check it to discover both hidden and visible damage.
