  • Yes, as long as we have not yet begun to pack and prepare your order for delivery. Since we aim for fast deliveries, this process begins very promptly after your order is placed. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, but we will, of course, do what we can to assist you.

    In some cases, depending on the chosen payment method and delivery option, you're able to cancel the order yourself by logging in to your customer account.

    You are able to add and remove items in your shopping cart if you have not yet completed your order in the checkout.
