Payment

  • Your code can be added in the first step of the checkout, where you will see an overview of your shopping cart. There is a link at the bottom that says "Redeem Giftcard/Discount code". Click on that link to open the fields where you can enter your voucher.

    The discount will be deducted from the price when you press "OK".

  • Yes. We will gladly apply the discount code manually to your order. If the discount code was valid, please send it to our Customer Service together with your order number.

  • No. The customs and duty fees for orders to the UK and Ireland are covered by RugVista. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden.

    We'll select the currency normally used in your country where available and where we don't offer payments in your local currency, we'll process the payment in € EUR.

  • Please enter your order number as the reference. You will find your order number in the order confirmation.

  • All receipts and invoices are sent out together with your shipping confirmation. Our Customer Service is also happy to assist you.

  • No. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer C.O.D (Cash on delivery) at this time.

     

    You can pay by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.

    Please note that we have a 100-day return policy, and it is easy to return the carpet in case you are not completely satisfied. We offer free freight and free returns within the EU, along with the UK and Ireland.

    • Bank transfer

    * We accept payments via PayPal in EUR, USD & SEK. You can pay using your PayPal balance or via credit card. However, there is a restriction on paying for goods produced in Iran using PayPal. If your shopping cart contains such products the PayPal payment option is removed.
